Whenever you need ice, go to the Order Now page and enter your Client ID. Select the delivery address, products and quantities, preferred date, and time window — then submit.
Order confirmation, payment instructions, and invoices are sent by email based on your account setup.
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll complete a short account form. You’ll receive a Client ID by email — this is all you need to place orders.

Ice Chef Toronto offers next-day delivery throughout the GTA — order online by midnight for delivery the following day. We provide delivery time windows so you can plan to have someone available to receive your order.
